I worked for this company over three years, and they have instituted mandatory over time, in the last 6 months, staffing issues continue and are not getting any better.
Two DR's left with in 6 months of my starting and they have not been able to recruit replacements. I have to use PTO when the DR's leave or take time off, or float to other departments to make sure I get my hours,,,so my benefits do not get cut.
