Fun social media department
Intern, social media (Former Employee), Daniel island, scJune 24, 2014
I interned in the Social media department (icyou) and loved it. All the staff were extremely knowledgable and willing to teach me. Serious and forward-thinking, yet the company allowed for a good work/ life balance with lunches, yoga, etc. Nice location outside of Charleston.

Up and Coming Company
Health Benefits Administrator (Former Employee), Charleston, ScJune 4, 2014
Pros: free food
Cons: sometimes there were troubles with computer systems themselves.
Great company to work for. Personable atmosphere. Non-stop work; problem solving individually and as a team. Settling unresolved open benefit cases. Also enrolling mass populations into health benefits. Work hand and hand with large health insurance companies and learning the system. Hardest part of the job was staying on top of all the cases as we – more... are dealing with information systems and the systems working properly as well as people. There is a great team atmosphere. – less

No planning leads to no productivity.
Employer Relations (Former Employee), Charleston, SCOctober 23, 2013
The work environment is not productive. Priorities task are managed by which client is the most upset at that minute do to the lack prior planing.
High turnover due to lack of truthfulness of actual job duties during the interview process and callous comments made by stressed out managers.
The company does offer good benefits and perks such as free – more... lunches, fresh fruit and vegetable platters on certain days, inexpensive vending machine items and nice holiday events. – less

Fast paced environment
Application Consultant (Former Employee), Charleston, SCOctober 18, 2013
I worked in a fast paced environment that provided customer service. I learned that patience is an integral part of this position, as some were not familiar with technology. The work environment was very positive and the management and coworkers were always available for added support.

Fun workplace stifled by growing pains
Employee (Current Employee), Charleston, SCSeptember 8, 2013
Pros: free food everywhere, great people, freedom to work, can work from home
Cons: extreme workload, low pay, high stress, poor career advancement, increasing turnover rates
The environment is very fun and there's always free stuff. The pay is still below average and benefits are just OK.

Expect to do the work of two or three people as the turnover rate increases and other departments are understaffed.
The technology at this tech company also breaks or slows-down consistently, likely because resources are stretched to – more... the limit.

This is a very good place to learn since you will be put right to work, but not great for long-term career goals. – less

This is a great place to work with a lot of friendly people. I enjoyed my time here. I think this company is going places.
