A business that does not understand its customers needs
Sales (Former Employee) – Northeast Region – November 18, 2013
Benjamin Moore and Company makes superior products. It earns execptional profit selling in the "super-premium" sector, but It performes poorly selling in the larger "premium-commercial" sector, because these products are not cometitively priced, making many of their dealers dissatisfied. That is why many of my co-workers are unhappy, loosing their market share to Sherwin-Williams, HomeDepot and others. Until management gets a grasp of this situation, this business will continue to flounder.
Superior quality "super-premium" products
