Hard work and very busy atmosphere
FILLER (Former Employee), 134 Lister Ave Newark NjJanuary 21, 2014
Pros: free coffee and we had well fargo check cashing on payday if you needed it
Cons: short breaks based on the work load or hot temperatures / summer months
A day at Moore's making sure the numbers were up and gallons filled also making sure order were packed and loading for customers. I learned various jobs such as filling, warehouse and packing and some mixing. Management was good and very motivated. Co-workers were fun and again team work. Hardest part of the job was working with hot paint in the summer – more... paint was at least 190 degrees. Most enjoyable part of the job was working overtime.. – less

A Mom & Pop paint company that has not progressed professionally.
Logistics (Former Employee), Montvale, NJFebruary 29, 2012
Pros: free lunch
Cons: no accountability, good old boy culture, lacks leadership, vision, professionalism.
"Good old boy" network, no accountability. Without a fairly good product and tremendous customer loyalty, would not exist.
