Pros: great owners, managers and employees
Cons: very long hours
My day was very busy and enjoyable, I started as a Shift Manager and soon moved into being a General Manager in a short period of time. I had very long hours to ensure the profitablity of the company and the proper training of every employee. I learned alot about restaurant business stratagies while working for the company. The owners and managers were wonderful and are still friends. The hardest part of the job was telling the owners and my employees I was leaving to start my own restaurant many tears were shed by all of us.
