Keep record of information on database
Records Assistant (Current Employee), Waltham, MADecember 14, 2013
This is a work study job at school. I work here two days a week. I find new personal information about alumni and current students at Bentley University and enter them into a database called Sage Millennium. I have to pay very close attention to the information that I type into the system to make sure that I do not mess up.

Close community, friendly, but hard working environment.
Assistant Web Developer (Former Employee), Waltham, MAJanuary 17, 2012
Pros: flexible schedule and work load, self managed, engaging.
Working in the Alumni Office gave me a better understanding and a different view of how the university is ran. The effort put in by both staff and work study students alike added value to each event held on campus. Now as an alumni, I will gladly give back to Bentley when the opportunity presents itself.
