 Collection of monthly rents exceeding $325K.
 Delivery of 3 day notices to vacate, balance due invoices and following through the entire eviction process.
 Inspection of move outs, preparation of final account statements, and the collection of fees after move out
 Inputting & Maintenance of move ins, – more... move outs, renewals and traffic into Onesite database on a daily basis
 Paying of property invoices & Ordering of supplies, including HAA/TAA forms
 Leasing made ready units and following through the move in process
 Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations

Company is great to work for! Co-workers are fun and easy to work with.

Company only cares about you as long as you are giving yourself 200% and put your family and personal life 200% to the side. Decent pay and advancement if you are willing to give up your ideas and points of views and become a BPA robot with no mind of your own.

Answer phones. lease apartments, property tours, collections.

Employees are encouraged to train but hard to get answers to do your job. Employees have so many systems to monitor it is hard to keep up with all. The same upper management has been in place for many years and when properties are for sell; the support is non-existent. Looks good on paper. Just doesn't line up in operations. Cover up for some, not so – more... for others. – less

Managers do not address issues
employees with strong work ethic are left to pick up the slack

Able to do something different everyday. Learning different trade elements while working hands on. Management could not be better. Short staffed but always manage to succeed. Making the residents happy.

They really don't want your opinion. You just have to play the game.

I always felt my opinions were considered and mattered. I was given the freedom to make things right within reason.

The company is a go green company so you have access of everything on the internet. Great benefits, commission, bonuses, team work, and friendly team members at corporate to help you be successful. Very goal oriented company.
