WORK FOR BPA IF U WANT BPA TO BECOME UR LIFE
S/M Consultant (Former Employee), Denver COFebruary 4, 2013
Pros: not many
Cons: many
Company only cares about you as long as you are giving yourself 200% and put your family and personal life 200% to the side. Decent pay and advancement if you are willing to give up your ideas and points of views and become a BPA robot with no mind of your own.

Extremely clickish. Lots of Executives to anwser to with their own agenda. Constant monitoring though no site level support.
msc (Current Employee), vaJanuary 14, 2013
Pros: up to date systems.
Cons: some people are allowed to do whatever they want while others are hold to a higher standard.
Employees are encouraged to train but hard to get answers to do your job. Employees have so many systems to monitor it is hard to keep up with all. The same upper management has been in place for many years and when properties are for sell; the support is non-existent. Looks good on paper. Just doesn't line up in operations. Cover up for some, not so – more... for others. – less
