Pros: Allot of overtime
Cons: overtime when you don't want it, management, benefits
There is no management, no proper training. Because they have a high turn over rate, even the temps leave first day. Constant mandatory overtime. No lunch just breaks legal through they permit the obtained. No time with your family. They leave people on night shift. Bring in new people place them on first shift and they leave. Harsh penalties for being one minute late and they moved the time clocks to where a while shift 15-20 people have the minutes to punch in. Can't punch early to avoid being late. They do not work with you but against. Benefits are expensive no compensation for ruined clothes from ink. They try to promote company moral, hung ho! But that's only on holidays which you do work. U can only get up to two personal days a year and that's with perfect attendance. If you have a doctor's appointment even with written documentation, you lose your personal day. They advance who they want to, no matter how hard you work.
