I worked with a positive group of individuals. The work environment was very comfortable and Ive been lucky to have a very experienced person (previously in the position) to help train me.
The hardest part of the job was not having any direction from my supervisor. There was very minimal communication and the expectations were never direct clear or concise.
All in all, I am grateful for the opportunity. I got the opportunity to see what it is that BBI does and how they work to advocate for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
