Since 1989, Best Upon Request has been offering concierge services to corporations and for the past 7 years has found a niche in the healthcare industry.

Hidalgo Lima is looking to expand into call centers, the manufacturing industry and large corporations.

Hidalgo Lima is thrilled to have business in far-flung states such as Kansas, Colorado and Wisconsin, but she hopes to grow Best Upon Request right here in Cincinnati.
