Chief (Former Employee) – Palm Springs, California – October 19, 2017
A typical day started out by checking in on project managers and projects. This was done in person or via video conference. Returning emails and phone messages came next to the clients to discuss their questions or concerns, followed by paperwork or calls to the subcontractors. I learned throughout my time how to manage stressful and complicated situations with grace and ease. The hardest part of the job was keeping all moving parts operating as a cohesive unit, but over time with the proper managers and team players we did accomplish this and the projects and business thrived. I loved my position here and building the brand into a successful, sought after entity.
