Lower 48 Dallas Finance Lead (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – July 31, 2017
The overall compensation package was extremely attractive. However, the culture was very uncomfortable as there was a constant feeling of being evaluated. This resulted in the inability to have open and frank conversations, especially during development and discussions, directly impacting performance of individuals and groups.

Great experience if you are interested in LNG. Good and smart people are all around you. Lots of moving parts given its a Global portfolio. Some systems and IT infrastructure are below industry standards.
Human Resources (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – August 23, 2013
There was way more politics than anyone cared to deal with and those were the people being rewarded for poor bahavior. They also "promote" people by giving them employees but no management training so you have several managers who dont like conflict (or being the 'bad guy'), therefore don't take care of issues until they are unmanagable. If you are a hard worker, expect to get everything put on your plate and dont expect to be rewarded for it.
Benefits and exposure/networking
moral and backstabbing, unqualified management, workload vs compensation
IT Security Administrator (Current Employee) – Houston, TX – July 7, 2012
I really enjoy working in this company. The job is manageable and somewhat layed back. It is very oriented to their employees commodity and comfortability at work. The building at Houston, includes a Gym, accessibility to the tunnels, Wifi, parking, free coffee and drinks and it has the latest technology everywhere. Co-workers are great too. Its a better-than-average working environment. I learned lots of procedural stuff related to Active Directory and Exchange, thanks to my team leads.
great infraestructure and working environment
job insecurity. its about 75% contractors and some have been temps for over 10 years.
