Shameful self-aggrandizing organization full of fluff and hidden agendas.
Digital Something (Former Employee), Miami, FLOctober 31, 2013
Pros: they feed you
Cons: you'll get fat
A few years ago the business was conditioned to be sold. That means any and everything that was done was done only to give the public impression that they were a fantastic company.

In the process they built a fun place to be full of young sexy people. They wrote bogus blog and newspaper articles, created fluff events, inflated survey results by asking – more... all employees to vote 5 stars on surveys that would lead to awards, they catered to clients at the cost of low level employees work hours, and overall BS'ed their way to getting purchases by a huge company.

Most "directors" in this company could not stand in the shadow of a real director.

Most "senior" titles in this company are representative of seniority within the company and are not at all representative of real world experience.

Watch out for the "boys club". It's literally full of boys, the one female who everyone thought would get into the boys club was fired.

Lots of twenty year olds rolling around on scooters and playing mini basketball. Neither of which are ever distracting.

That other review here on this site which mentioned getting fired for no real reason is true.

The Chicago office had a rat he was useful for a while to do dirty work but then he got fired. The Miami rat is still there.

This place is a stepping stone. If you are 22, apply. Work hard. Learn. Don't drink the koolaid. Once you need to make more than 28,000 per year, get a new job. You'll be great at what you do, because you've been doing the same exact factory style kind of work for 5 years.

Free Friday beer. How exciting. Boys love beer.

Closing time at 6pm but you'll stay longer because you're new and someone has to work. Clients closing time at 5pm. You'll enjoy the quiet time to get things done and not be home with your family.

Time sheets will be the end of you. But that's the only way a firm can control a colorful fluffy room full of sexy basketball playing 20 year olds. – less

Beware they are not what they portray to be! This place is toxic! Apply at your own risk.
Project Manager (Former Employee), Hallandale Beach, FLAugust 27, 2013
Pros: beer and wine cart if you like that sort of stuff...
Cons: no loyalty, management that doesn't care, no job stability.
There is no support from management because they are busy handling what they consider to be the real work and leave you to fend for yourself. There is zero communication and when something goes wrong, the person on the bottom of their org chart will get the blame. They thrive on Florida being an at-will employment state so they can fire you anytime – more... without cause. They will only tell you that you are not a good fit and send HR to pack your things in a box.

Please beware! Everyone there is either looking to leave or is getting fired (without real cause)! Morale is at an all time low there. Every workplace has their issues but this place is definitely toxic. – less

Great place to work
Lead Interactive Designer & Creative Strategist (Former Employee), Miami, FLOctober 3, 2012
Pros: friday lunch, friday beer cart, healthcare, employee appreciation week, 401k, happy hour, movie tickets
Cons: time sheets
It was great, fun people to work with. Laid back schedule. Big clients, a lot of perks, supportive career advancement strategy.
