BHDP developed "Contact Center Design Guidelines" in an effort to anticipate changes in both the design of space and work process for this "front door of the client's business relationships with its customers.
The guidelines were created collaboratively in visioning sessions with the client and engaged numerous individuals including – more... end users, real estate experts and engineers.
Approximately 1.5 million square feet of the client's contact center workspace has been constructed under these guidelines.
Although BHDP understood before collaborating with the client what it took to design an office building, its core value was to learn about exactly what this client wanted to achieve for the future of their business.
"We wanted to understand the forces impacting their business and how the business would change in the next 5, 10 or 15 years to enable them to attract and retain the best people," Donnelly says.
Because of BHDP and the client's unified approach, agile workspace was designed to accommodate the client's ever-changing needs.
"We contributed to the approach to the space, and delivered space based on our mutual research," he adds. – less – More from ZoomInfo »
