A typical day at BHM & CO requires a lot of attention to detail and a lot of listening. looking at customers information and inputting it in to the system and creating manual files by putting the data received in to description and date order. A lot of listening is required as information that is received by customers over the phone needs to be put in to the system correctly.Learning is an every day process as rules and regulations change often so having to stay up to date is a must. The workers are very friendly and helpful as when help is needed they are always ready to offer it. The toughest part of the job is to try and change details when missing information is told as some customers do not provide evidence of it. The most enjoyable part of the job is when I get to learn new things such as new software's or when helping customers and meeting there needs as it gives me job satisfaction.
