The facility in which I worked needs better management. The management only cares about themselves. Once you’re a resident of this facility you’re no longer treated with the same charm as you were when you were a candidate. The pay could be more competitive. New candidates come in making more than more experienced workers which is totally unfair. The management team is never happy. They will walk pass you without a greeting. Residents complain about the facilities management team and their lack there of professionalism. You’re penalized for not speaking the way management wants you to speak. So it’s as if you should care more about being politically correct than advocating for your patients. Things are swept under the rug instead of handled with care. I know everones busy and have important jobs but when you treat your staff as inferior workers instead of teammates that can create strife. Workers feel very unappreciated by management.
