BUE is looking for Inside Sales Professionals with outbound sales calling experience. Sales professionals are responsible to identify opportunities and present our products through cold calling and speaking with the proper contacts at business that use large amounts of gas or electricity. The partnership between BUE and their customers all start with your call.
- Initiate contact and manage leads;
- Analyzing customer utility bill usage data with a firm understanding of commercial and industrial energy usage and tariffs;
- Make 100+ calls a day;
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about electricity and natural gas markets and products offered by BUE and BUE suppliers.
Ideal candidates will have the following experience and skills:
- Cold calling sales experience; specifically outbound selling a product or service;
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively, not just on the phone, but in email as well;
- Work well in a team environment;
- Have strong written, oral and interpersonal skills;
- Have keen intelligence and be a proficient negotiator;
- Have strong computer competence.
