Mission: Bienvenidos Children's Center, Inc. is a nonprofit community-based organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for vulnerable children and families by delivering services that are comprehensive, culturally responsive and effective models of prevention and intervention. The agency provides a broad range of critical programs and services to some of the most vulnerable children and families throughout Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties By using a multidisciplinary, inter-organizational and culturally responsive approach, BCC works to strengthen the ability of families of children and youth at-risk of child abuse and/or neglect to support and encourage their children's healthy development. BCC has three operating divisions: (1) Family Services is responsible for therapeutic, comprehensive assistance and family strengthening; (2) the Foster Family Agency is licensed to provide short-term emergency and therapeutic foster care to children and siblings who cannot immediately return home to their birth families; (3) and the Mental Health Division provides early childhood, therapeutic, outpatient mental health services for children and their families.
