No two days are alike at BAF, aside from the set of daily tasks you perform (qualifying and developing leads, converting leads into sales, CRM database management, etc.). The lessons to be learned are innumerable and invaluable, especially when the majority of the workforce is comprised of recent college grads with no "real world" experience. Management is experiencing some growing pains and organizational confusion along with the rest of the company, but the reason they've been rated one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky year after year, is in fact the people; the word "co-worker" is practically synonymous with "friend". The most enjoyable part of the job was learning the products inside and out, and translating that pride in craftsmanship to customers, ultimately beating out the competition for sales. The hardest part of the job (which I also found enjoyable) was keeping up with the DoD contracts and making sure we met all regulations and requirements.
