The new scheduling is nice you just punch in when and what days you can work. Generally speaking we work 4-6 hour shifts. If you do freight or truck you may have a longer day, but no more than 8 hours for a part time associate. Every week is different, you may have 15 hours one week and the next you could have 25. It varies depending on truck, freight, special events and your availability.

Yeah but it's a slap in the face for people who actually work hard. Every year you a raise and it's a point system in 4 or 5 categories. 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. The most I got was .25 and I always busted my butt for that place. That's when I worked there back in 2015 so things could have changed.

I want to know why long time employees don't get some kind of benefits such as keeping there 20% discount. At least to show the employee they were appreciated as a long time employee? Because there is not a lot of hours to give to most employees. Most employees would get retirement benefits for a part time employee.
