Pros: steady paycheck, worked three 12hr. days, forced to take brakes and lunches.
Cons: lack of communicaion, hidding information from employees ex. sick leave, employee handbook, rule book etc.
A typical day would be arrive at 8 in the morning and leave at 8 at night. Change tires, inspect vehicles, change oil when we had vehicles and clean the rest of the time.
