A typical day at work for Big included working on a many different issues across the companies we supported. Day to day activities normally included hardware support, software support, and network support. I learned a lot work for BIG because I was able to work on so many different issues. I learned a lot more about troubleshooting a variety of issue related to hardware, software, and network. Management was good they made sure you were well trained but usually were not available if an issue arouse that you need assistance with. My co-workers at BIG were very Knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me learn a lot more about troubleshooting and customer service. The hardest part of the job was the hours that I worked it was very early in the morning and most night you had to stay late.The most enjoyable part of the job was the many different thing that I had to do and learn. It was a great experience to get to troubleshoot so many different issues.
