Overview

We are looking for a talented sales representative, with solid and direct sales experience in the automotive or similar industry, who will promote and sell our products to vehicle performance shops in South California (BMW, Audi, Mercedes). The goal is for Bimmer Retrofit to become a long-term supplier of retrofits to business customers in California.

With more than hundreds of independent BMW and German vehicle performance shops across the state as potential customers, we seek an individual with true sales "know how" who can - after proper training - sit down face to face with owners and managers of BMW and German vehicle performance shops to explain what our products can do for them, and ultimately recruit them as long term business customers.

Our unique products cater to a well-defined audience. So the sales representative will know precisely who their prospects are before they even contact them - a very definite advantage that will improve the odds of converting all such "warm leads" into long-term customers.

When properly presented, our products can literally sell themselves. No other company in the west hemisphere manufactures and/or sells the products that we do! We do have unique product offerings which are highly demanded in the industry.

We have been selling our products worldwide for the past 5 years, and now want to focus on SoCal, because California is an epicentre for BMW vehicles, This is truly a unique opportunity for an ace sales expert to join a company with an enormous upside and nationwide expansion potential.

Responsibilities
- Regularly prospect for new clients.
- Lead generation, cold calling and sales.
- Serve as point of contact for your clients.
- Capture client feedback, testimonials, and document user experience.
- Schedule appointments and visit existing customers to review product needs and determe other -opportunities.
- Provide product quotes as required.
- Organize and attending joint sales calls with Vendors.
- Open new accounts.
- Continuously update customers on product changes and modifications.
- Provide solutions to customers’ problems.
- Attend Trade Shows and Conferences (if applicable).
- Product introduction of new releases.
- Liaise between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new -product release launches.
- Prepare reports for marketing and sales and keeping expense accounts.
- Perform maintenance and updating of customers’ accounts including contact names for future -sales.
- Keep up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by attending training and -departmental meetings
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in outside sales
- Experience working without supervision or with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of success
- Proficient with the Basic of sales (outlook, excel, CRMs, PowerPoint, etc.)

- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Positive, enthusiastic, sincere, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Clear communicator who can communicate effectively by email, on the phone and in person.

Compensation
Generous Commission 5%-30% from every sale that you make.
Either Full time or part time position is available.
