The Software Support Specialist will play a vital role within the Client Services team to assist our clients in identifying, diagnosing, and recreating software issues for resolution. You will be accountable for supporting both standard products and customization projects, and will actively participate in product planning.
If you're coming from an IT background or have software support experience with any ERP software (Sage Accpac, Oracle, SAP, etc.) and would like to work with the latest Microsoft technology and tools, support new products in software/client support services, then this opportunity is for you. The major challenges for the Software Support Specialist are to develop an in-depth knowledge of Binary Stream's product line, Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) ERP software, provide timely support to our clients and add value to our solutions.
The ideal candidate could be:
An IT professional with 2 or more years of ERP software experience and / or a sound working knowledge of a customer centric role,
An accountant with superior software trouble shooting skills, knowledge of higher-end ERP solutions such as Great Plains and business workflow knowledge, or
