Established, growing and Top-Rated Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in Austin, TX looking for a driven, resourceful, and self-motivated individual that can manage and maintain important high net worth client relationships while managing multiple and overlapping financial tasks.
-Work directly with investment clients as well as institutional consultants,
-Manage, coordinate, and attend events, assist the Operations Director as needed, and update and work with Compliance.
- Manage time sensitive projects in concert with the Managing Director.
Update Investment Software programs on a daily basis. Implement and track client investment activity. Communcate daily with the Operations Director.
-Implement and track client investment activity
-Coordinate the Executive's calendar
-Communicate with investment clients on a regular basis. Organize, file and retrieve client records.
-Attend staff meetings as needed and work with Institutional Third Party Marketers
-Organize meeting reports, materials and agendas
-Other duties as necessary
-Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
-Works well under market pressure and deadlines
-Strict adherence to ethics and professionalism
-Clean background check. Must have Series 65 license or hiring is contingent on passing the Series 65 examination.
-Solid Microsoft Office skills
