Bite was born out of Bighams Ltd: a fresh food company that has been supplying Waitrose & London foodhalls with award winning foods since 1996.
It was in 2002 that we were first asked to manage the making & serving of food inside a work environment. In the years that followed, alongside our work creating new foods for the retail marketplace, – more... we were increasingly asked to take our trend-setting high street work into the workplace. In July 2004 we formally split our workplace contract catering into Bite Catering Limited, a company dedicated to the pursuit of providing the best contracted out food services humanly possible.
We are an independent company and are therefore accountable to ourselves, each other and to you.
