A typical day at work would be getting all my cashiers ready for the day. I learned that if I found a way to help my them be happy that they are there, they would give better service. I learn at BJ's that being a leader is not putting yourself first but your team. Most cashiers were very cooperative with me. The hardest part of the job was getting a lunch. I wouldn't get a lunch majority of the time because of management. They would tell me to take care of my cashier's lunches and everyone on the front line and they would take care of mine (90% of the time i wouldn't get it). The enjoyable part of my job there was making everyone else smile and happy.
