Small CPA firm, specializing in business valuation and litigation support, needs someone to handle all administrative and clerical tasks, including some billable case work and industry research. This is a pleasant environment, working with three professionals, in a great location just across the American River from CSUS.

  • Administration includes calendaring and scheduling, document management, set up and maintenance of all client files, monthly client billing, receptionist and moderate telephone call handling, and office supply and other office maintenance as needed.
  • Other duties include drafting, editing, and/or proofreading contracts, declarations, correspondence, financial tables and exhibits, financial statement and tax return summary spreadsheets. Industry research and library updates as needed.
  • Candidate must have advanced knowledge of current Microsoft Office applications, particularly formatting and linking Word and Excel documents, and basic familiarity with legal documents and court filings.
  • Familiarity with financial statements and income tax returns; and experience with Quick Books would be a plus!
