Great people
Scrum Master/Project Manager/ Consultant (Former Employee), Irvine, CAApril 22, 2015
Pros: People
Cons: Everything else
Great people to work with. Feel like you are a part of a family. Everything else is horrible. Product and industry are boring. However the people you work with teach you a lot about the business.

Great People, but lack of Management and Morale
Web Developer (Former Employee), Jacksonville, flApril 20, 2015
Pros: Good people trying their best
Cons: Poor communication, constant shifting priorities
Employee for nearly 10 years, through multiple corporate organization changes. The main advantage of the company is that (for the most part) it has great people trying to do their best. The company does pride itself on taking care of it's employees and trying to provide a good work environment.
Unfortunately, in recent years, the constant management shifts and changes in focus make this a difficult place to work. Some parts of the company are relatively stable, while others are in constant flux, and communication at all levels is lacking.

Management needs to better invest in their hard working employees
PROJECT MANAGER (Current Employee), Jacksonville, FLApril 19, 2015
Pros: Paycheck
Cons: No bonuses, lack of management concern for employees well being.
I work hard and do not mind the occasional overtime - but when 10, 12 hour days, every day, are required to complete the bare minimum, something is very wrong.
Everything is a priority and everything needs to be done yesterday.
Morale is so low - most employees, myself included, feel that not only does our health not matter, our family lives are forced to take second to the never ending list of work.

Organized workflow
Accounting Clerk III (Former Employee), Jacksonville, FLApril 4, 2015
Pros: in house gym, in house cafeteria
Cons: employee morale
I loved how organized the department was. And how everyone was extremely knowledgeable. Received unbelievable training.

Hardest part of the job was working so closely after cubicles were reduced to "call center" style seating.

Also, the company would benefit from doing more for their employees and showing appreciation for their hard work.

Break rooms were not somewhere you would enjoy eating and service snack machines were never kept stocked. Small things....but mean a lot

Field Collector (Former Employee), Pasadena, CAApril 2, 2015
Pros: Flexible, good pay, good communication
Cons: Too much management change up
Very good pay for the work, flexible hours. Did not like having 4 different bosses in 2 years if being employed there. Just found out that they are actually closing their field collection section soon.

This was a part time position to help supplement my income. I enjoyed all of the people that I met and worked with at LPS. The company moved from downtown Jacksonville to the Southside of town which was inconvenient. The company then downsized and I was displaced.

Team Member (Former Employee), Solon, OhioDecember 5, 2014
Pros: monthly activities, dress down fundraising, great co-workers
Cons: poor management, poor client service, lunch break was short
The dream job I thought I had turned out to be a nightmare. A day at work was fine, I knew what was expected of me and held several different roles in the company. I learned who not to buy a home from and property preservation. My co-workers were great The Chase team was the best. The hardest part of the job was having to fix problems that could have been handled if the people responsible would have completed their job correctly. I loved my team, supervisors and the monthly activities.

Systems Analyst (Current Employee), Mendota Heights, MNDecember 1, 2014
Pros: great co-workers, comp time for extra work, respectable managers at most levels.
Cons: hours, pay, executive culture is out of touch
A very active and growing company, leads to a very demanding IT department. There are a lot of things constantly going on, and the pressure can be quite a bit at times.
