Field Staff (Current Employee) – Columbus, OH – August 17, 2016
Experienced management are being replaced by lower paid and sometimes unqualified staff. Benefits have been cut or reduced in the take over by almost family. Field staff are the best out there but upper management are now sorely lacking in ability to be honest with staff as they have no idea what is going to hit next in this new environment. Everyone in the office is fearing for their jobs.
Great field Staff
Management beaten down, qualified staff replaced with unexperienced managment, and staff complaints, related to benefit reductions.
Customer Service Manager (Current Employee) – Kettering, OH – September 3, 2016
The company is going downhill since buyout from almost family. The new director plays favorites, brings some of his managers breakfast but ignores the others. Sneaks and tells what the vp is doing. Promoted after 6 months of managing a small territory, has no idea what he's doing. Company keeps getting sanctioned for not being in compliance. Only a matter of time before we sink the ship.
Home Health Aide/Homemaker (Former Employee) – Cincinnati, Ohio – March 30, 2012
It was good environment. Also had good work incentives. I enjoyed the benefits and management was always avaible for positve feed back. If was there was need for improvement they did it nice and respectfully.
