Strong company vision, lacks tactical execution
Vice President, Operations (Former Employee) – Princeton, NJ – February 22, 2017
Some of the best and worst are employed by this firm.
The best are smart, hard working, ethical and loyal. Unfortunately, a lot of these people are the most underpaid. The company has strong senior leaders, smart investment professionals and comparable benefit packages. The struggle comes in when you move outside of the revenue generating departments of the firm. These support areas are managed so poorly. People are left in positions for long periods of time with limited career development or growth. This firm lacks strong managers and is running far behind on building in the work life balance benefits for employees.
Stable, decent benefits, good people
Compensation is inconsistent, advancement opportunities limited, no strong managers
