Blizzard Entertainment is very casual and laid-back with strong layers of determination to create the best experiences imaginable. The business attire is whatever you feel wearing that day, this is no corporate suit and tie place unless you want to look like the "new guy". It helps if you are within a realm of nerd culture as well, you might be able to bond with interviewers and lighten the stressful mood.

I believe you can apply soon after your Temporary Assignment is completed. If you do end up doing a temporary assignment there should be a Blizzard Employee who you reach out / report to who can offer more information on this in regards to a time frame.

Your performance throughout the Temporary Assignment is also an extremely important factor for re applying. Doing good and ending the temporary assignment on a good note would be a best case scenario for applying to different departments or reapplying to that same department. The Blizzard Employee you report to during the Temporary Assignment will have more information

No idea. It was harder to go from game master to the art department then it would be to just apply to the art department.

Considering the release of the Summer Games Event having their old skins up for resale, I believe the Overwatch Team will likely follow this trend throughout all their other seasonal events. With enough patience and coins the Talon Widowmaker skin can be yours once again!
