Hi, I tried BB 2 weeks promotional offer. I cancelled the plan within 2 weeks and returned the dvd's. Yet, BB charged me for entire month. I mailed their customer service about it and was lucky to get my money back.
Then, 2 days back I received an email from BB that they have shipped 3 other movies ( Yes I had some movies left in the que) So now my Question is, since my account is no longer active with BB ( they show re-subscribe under my account ) and I am still receiving movies from them, should continue that ? ( will they charge me later on in that case )

I have been getting script glitches where I am unable to delete or shift number positions with my dvd.
What the hell is the best answer to this problem?

If the operations in Northern Ca are indicitive of the overall operations of Blockbuster....then the company is NOT worth the time of any experienced person with an ounce of integrity or ambition. Low pay and less in direction. The DM in the Redding area is incompetant and the store managers are poorly trained if at all. The Sacramento market is not much better...but as anyone knows in any retail...VOLUME covers many bad traits and covers poor management execution. Let's not even get into the HR team. Ineffective in a word, Failure in design.
