Did anyone has take the Assessment Test in Bloomberg, the position is Print News Internship, the staff told me the test gonna take 2.5 hours, and laptop is provided without internet connection!

Hello all,
I am very interested in applying for a role at Bloomberg, I have just completed a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and results are pending, they come out next week.
Firstly, should I wait til then before applying or does it not matter? And secondly, can anyone offer any hints/tips/general guidance on what to include in my CV, how to tailor it and the covering letter?

Hi, I have email notification from Bloomberg (in TOKYO) regarding my application for 'Global Customer Support Representative' position. They want to have a phone interview with me next Monday 17/05/10.
Is there anyone who can give me advice on what I need to prepare? And what kind of questions I should expect?
It is my 1st phone interview, and I am really hoping to get it. I have looked at the forums but it seems noone has had experience applying for Customer support postioin?
The job description is like this:

I'm a business man and i have a software that shows me some financial information and news but i know that bloomberg is the best. I need to know how bloomberg shows the information it gets, specially the information that the stock changes in the world sells to bloomberg. Like how many and what categories, with graphs?, how it shows the financial business reports (like ratios or what, etc)
