Fun Place to work.
Pros: high morale, great associate perks, good pay.
Cons: advancement is slow, due to the small size nationally of the company.
A typical day involved monitoring the sales floor via CCTV, department audits, training associates on various issues, managerial meetings, when necessary, as well as visits from regional and corporate leadership. I learned how to deal with the upscale client and address there particular set of needs as well as handling protest situations. My team was – more... great, we worked well together and the associates on the sales floor responded well to us. The hardest part of the job was the down time, it doesn't have the foot traffic of some other retailers and can get slow from a loss prevention perspective. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with my team and meeting new co workers from such diverse backgrounds. – less
