Small growing company,
Quality Response Technician (Current Employee), Zeeland, MIApril 5, 2013
I enjoy working for Blu; I love the people I work for and with. A family based company with good family values that puts family before the job, and understanding that life happens. The hardest thing about working for Blu is being on call 24/7. Though it is a challenge, I will go above and beyond for my job, if it means getting phone calls in the middle – more... of the night to tend to a project then that is what I will do. – less

Pros: long lunch breaks
Cons: noise
At Blu Perspective was a fun hard working on a daily bases. I learned a lot from Blu Perspective how to be responsible on time and mature. The management was great they showed me how to do everything that i needed to do and was very helpful. My co-workers easy to get along with helpful and understanding. The hardest part of the job was standing for – more... a lot of hours but got really easy when i got use to it. Most enjoyable part of the job was the pay. – less

Lead Quality Inspector

Pros: paid lunches, flexible schedule
Cons: inconsistant hours
A typical day at Blu Perspective provided important support for General Motors. I did not have a consistant schedule but had a great relationship with my direct manager. I enjoyed the people that I worked with.
