Creatively disorganized. No briefs to work with, leadership that is best described as unpredictable. Too many chiefs and the shocker of course is the last minute changes at the end of the day and the stuff needs to get out first thing tomorrow. Not the first time but truly avoidable. Everything begins with the top. If there is no respect for the CD and vice versa then the organization is doomed from the start. Everyone is worked to the bone and the use of interns is a way to get around paying for quality people which will get the job done in an efficient manner. Until they hire more experienced talent the cycle will not be broken but continue to from bad to worse.
