We are currently seeking an experienced candidate to join our Portland, OR office primary market research team.
The Market Research Analyst's primary responsibilities are to:
- Design, execute and manage custom primary market research.
- Create questionnaires, interview guides, manage data collection (for both qualitative and quantitative studies), then execute data analysis.
- Prepare reports designed to help address specific business objectives.
Experience with primary market research in a client or agency setting is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of work experience in research, marketing or product planning; MBA/MMR preferred. Strong critical thinking abilities, excellent written, verbal and communication skills and experience with both qualitative and quantitative primary market research are important. Proficiency in defining and analyzing business problems as well as managing external vendors will be expected. Exposure, background or demonstrated interest in technology and/or healthcare is recommended.
