Operations Associate, San Diego, CA - April 11, 2016
Best company I worked for. While I was in Operations, management encouraged people to follow their passions and interests. I spent a lot of time with the software and hardware engineers learning new skills. One of the software managers never even went to school, but learned mostly on the job.
They don't care what school you came from, they only care that you can do the job and that you'll work hard. When you grow, they take notice. If you choose to be selfish, your pay will reflect that.
Benefits and pay were well above average and I enjoyed working with almost every single employee. Usually, you stick with your department or those you work with closely. Here, everyone worked for BSN as a team. If Ops needed something, software helped out. If engineering had a question, Sales would find the answer.
I only left because I didn't like living in San Diego.
