Good work from home and yard space
Admin/financial Manager (Former Employee), Kendal, MPMay 15, 2014
Pros: i had flexi time and 2 office's one at home and one at the yard
Cons: not everybody understands transport the way it should be.
a typical day at work was busy with cost reporting and drivers, liaising with the owner of the trucks and managing routes, with day to day admin. I learnt everything I need to start-up my own company as I needed to start a whole new office and working environment for the trucks. my in office co-workers were appointed and trained by me with all having – more... there own field of expertise. the hardest part for the job was to explain to the owner of the trucks with no transport experience that live happens sometimes breakdowns do occur and the rain season God send's. The most enjoyable part of my job was that I had my own space to perform in with no "boss" breathing down my neck. The owner gave me my space to manage his trucks and drivers in my own way. – less

Dynamic, hardworking company with various challenging projects
Fitout Project Manager (Current Employee), Doha, DAWFebruary 11, 2014
- a site visit at early morning to make sure that all activities are running as per the plan, check up of the expected deliveries and confirmation of the site meetings with subcontractor / client / designer, overseeing of the quality of works, listing the milestones and snags and making the activities plan for the next day (or evening) contacting all – more... included parties, reporting to the superiors;

- always expect that someone did not understand the task or is not willing to follow the instructions

- management = plan + persistence

- co workers:
- labors - expect expected
- suppliers - prepare plan B
- team members - provide a timely information and everything will be ok
- superiors - be a step ahead

- the hardest - provide a good quality meeting the deadline

- the most enjoyable - delivering the project and meeting the satisfied client – less

Fun workplace and Beatiful culture
Office Assistant (Current Employee), Durban North, ZNNovember 8, 2013
Pros: free food, free stationery, fun and loving co-workers
Cons: tight deadlines
I start my day off with a very nice breakfast and coffee, which is supplied by the company. I then check my emails and what is urgent for the day. I do filing and liaise with supervisors and team leaders on what's the progress with regards to any issues that might have arisen. Management is by far the best I 've ever worked for, they are understanding – more... and considerate. My co-workers are always fun to be around, we get the job done in an easy and fun way, they are supportive and sweet. Hardest part is deadlines that are close together but it is all made up for by the free weekend and day offs I get from time to time. – less
