I had the opportunity to travel twice with the technical area manager and I learned a lot from the day I traveled till i came back.
We did planning in the airplane while traveling so we can save time.
We contacted the client upon arrival and made sure that he's happy, satisfied and always updated him with our status.
We visited him in the morning and started working on applying the project we developed back home
We had a lot of meetings with the client and sometimes with the team back in Lebanon to work on missing items.
The hardest part was the integration between SQL Server and Oracle database that was new to me and spent 2 days without sleeping just to fix it and I got it fixed.
The most enjoyable part is when the system life cycle was up and running and the client signed the UAT and got back home with a successful mission
