The company benefits are great. You can't beat their health insurance plan, 401K matching, etc. However, the management needs some serious re-training. There are people doing the work that managers should be doing and not getting the proper compensation. The company culture is pretty good in that they are trying to be one of the "best places to work." The main issue is the management.
