Stop using large bonuses as means of comp increase. was done to me and it wound up that bonus was over 25% of my pay. don't think this was common, but it is the reason I left as I moved from a low level analyst up to senior AVP position and bonus was used as part of "total comp" package to make up for below MV salary. Other than that, I would say it was a fantastic place to work, and I would highly recommend it for anyone with an innovative spirit. The company functioned as more of a start up in the King Of Prussia location.

I would pay people more than the minimum market wage. Also I would stop discriminating against non French employees
