Get to work early before subs get onsite do some of my paperwork done before trades get onsite. Start my daily report for each day, add to it through out the day. Walk job around 7 am doing a man count and getting with the super intendants of all subs to make sure we are all on the same page. If any problems work them out in the field or go to office and look at plans. Problems after that do an RFI and send to the PM asap. Walking the job in the morning watching everyone using equipment are going by OSHA guide lines, if not do a report on this and notify there super-intendant. Receiving calls from subs that are on the schedule to make sure it has not changed. At the end of day walk job to make sure everything is safe and secured. Everyone goes home to there families.
