Being a student employee, it was easy to get hired on but the jobs weren't permanent just temporary during the semester.

Approximately 4-6 weeks from start to finish. A faculty, leads you through the process of course operation and expectations. Follow up is given after you have had a chance to review all course material for questions. You are directed to a "nurses station" within Black Board for tools etc. Faculty also go through Black Board and if there are questions about how to move within it (assuming you have no experience). After the initiation of the course, and if you are new to Boise, a faculty lead will call and discuss any questions and problems you might have. Course texts are sent to you from the university. You pay for nothing. During the semester, the lead faculty sets up 2 general meetings with everyone who is teaching the same course but different sections to review common issues. The program is totally supportive as you can see. The school of nursing has technical support within the department for all faculty.
