In The Beginning I Loved My Job, But After A While I Found Out That Management Was Sneaky, Stealing, Eating And Leaving, I Grew To Hate That Job....I No Longer Eat At Bojangles. They Only Showed They Cared In Front Of Customers.

i leaned how to keep up with doing my task for this to be my fist time fast past work.the co-worker are nice and the respectful.i love to be work with nice work

Fast service, cooperation from everyone working as a team. I learned how to cook things like chicken , rice, and biscuits.

Great company, lots of good experience for the workplace and a very friendly atmosphere. my days were fast paced but enjoyable. i learned many new skills.

After i got out of cooking school i just wanted to cook and Bojangles made me feek welcome i would get up at four in the morning to open the store for the manager and my co- were a positive influence

Everyday at Bojangles I would start the day by signing in, and checking to see where I'm needed for this shift. I would usually start off the day working the cash register and ending the night as a Fry Cook. Bojangles taught me the importance of working as a team and how to satisfy your customers. MY WORK IS EXCITING. I LOVE THE PEOPLE I INTERACT WITH. MY BOJANGLES FAMILY ARE LOVABLE PEOPLE. SOMETIMES IT GETS HARD TRYING TO PLEASE PEOPLE WHO JUST WANNA GIVE YOU A HARD TIME BUT OVERALL I LOVE WHAT I DO.

I enjoy all my customers and I love to make sure that they are very satisfy with their orders. I make sure I'm on time everyday and even work overtime when they need help. I got alone with all my co-workers and the managers. Other than doing cashiering I love to learn other departments like making biscuits, frying chicken, and doing management jobs. – more... Some days would be slow, others fast, but always something different.
I learned just about everything kitchen and register wise.
Each manager had their own way of dealing with things but they all did their job well.
Co-workers may have had some drama issues but in the end its like any other family.

My typical day at work was operating the cash register and cleaning the lobby as well as greeting EVERY customer by saying "Welcome to Bojangles!" I learned to work really fast and to operate the cash register. My manager was mean. She expected too much out of me and didn't train me well. This helped me though and I realized how greatful I was to have – more... some one so hard on me to push me to work hard. My co-workers were nice. I hardly communicated with them since I was only on front cash register. I only spoke to them through the microphone. The hardest part was learning drive through because they just put me on it without training and the drawer was unorganized. It wouldn't even close. I loved cleaning the lobby and helping each customer. I would remember the most frequent customers names. – less

A typical day at work was fun because I started working there in High school. It's a fast paced environment so I loved it. The customers were kind of angry but its figured since they are hungry. I loved my coworkers since we all went to school together & even the older people who reminded me of my grandparents. The most enjoyable part about the job – more... was the free meal up to $8.00, GREAT since I love to food! The management team were very cool until we started getting managers fresh out of training. -_- ANNOYING. I learned a lot from dealing with a very diverse customer population. And Racism does still exist, crazy after all these years you would think it wouldn't matter anymore. I love ALL people. – less

While at Bojangles i learned great customer, money managment, multitask skills.

I loved this job. there isn't anything bad I can about it. dealing with customer is the number one thing I love about it. greeting your customer with a smell.

This job is a headache most of the time. The management team is all over the place , but the crew that I have trained and work with, are amazing. I have hired 9 crew in the past year, trained them, and they are still employed. I have learned

I enjoyed cooking the chicken for Bojangles. The people were all fun to work with also.

The company cares more for it's employees than it's managers, they never say thank you, NO raises, Store operations a joke, You try to tell them things that are going on, they don't care, They railroad managers.

Nice place to work if needed as part-time job.
Could be easy if people had the right communication.
