Horrible Management. Total micro managers who don't even know what they are doing much less try to tell you what to do. VP Sales Manager is a joke. Very high turnover. Constant drama and finger pointing. I was a Loan Consultant and couldn't get any loans because of their bad reputation. Mostly all the Loan consultants have quit it in the last couple of months or are planning on quitting. All of the Sales Managers have quit due to high stress, micro managing and processors who don't know what the heck they are doing. Don't apply here if you are smart.

First and foremost my expectations would be made clear that the deadline is to be met. I would check in periodically on the progress of my employees and offer my guidance and assistance. All of my employees are treated equally and fairly. I play off strengths and I help develop any weaknesses. Every opportunity is a learning experience.
