Enjoyed my time here, great place to start banking career. Training was top notch and management seemed to really care about.employees.

Human error is frowned upon and not acceptable. The referral goals are set at a realistic level and do not prevent you from actually doing your job like a lot of places. The people you work with tend to be friendly and easy going, but management isn't.

While BOK is well-respected in the community, there are little to no opportunities for advancement. Pay is low, well below average for the area unless you are in a management position. Several of the managers are of questionable character and do not promote a positive work environment.

Great benefits, but the company has too much turnover. Great managers, and small enough company that you can connect to top management.

A typical day consisted of basic bank transactions and meeting customer needs. Great upper managment, friendly co-workers and clients.

BOK was one of the best jobs I ever worked at. The management, wages, and hours were ideal for my living situation at the time. The only reason I left was to continue my education, otherwise, I would have stayed.
