I work graveyard shift. Over the years I have learned a lot. Management have a lot to to with my success here. My co-workers are great. I enjoy the fact that you can move up in the company.

I was constantly given new responsibilities. I am leaving my job as I am relocating permanently to Seattle, WA.

Typical day starts by receiving turnover from previous shift management. Conducting stand up meeting with the oncoming shift and assign priorities and follow up throughout the day. Meeting and de-briefing customers. Attend staff meetings and provide status of projects currently in work . It is a fast pace environment, always improving on quality of work. the management is very open and always ready to listen to new idea. they take care of their employees. all co-workers work as a team to get the job done right and on time. The hardest part on the job is when the deadline reach and the train is not ready and everyone is trying their – more... best to get everything fix and get all paperwork done. I really enjoyed this opportunity. I had not worked with a private jet company prior to this assignment. I assisted in the statics or envents to invite people to come and view the aircrafts.

Very large manufacturing facility. Alot of potential for advancement when financially stable. Multiple aircraft lines and a large network of managment made work interesting.

Too many meetings for work to be done within a reasonable amount of time, causing life/work balance to be thrown off. Some compensated by working weekends, others didn't get things done. The people and communication was great (because of all the meetings).

Performed heavy maintenance on small regional Jets and privately Jets such as Lear and Challenger type jets. I learned the basics to aircraft maintenance. Whats expected from the technician and whats required to complete the job properly far as maintenance and paperwork. Management was great. Friendly and there when you needed them. Coworkers was net – more... techs like me. We worked together to get the job done. Hardest part is learning the paperwork for the maintenance performed. This is by far one of the best places to work in aviation. Training was continual. Management was engaged.

Good people to work with, and when we did well, we were rewarded well.

I would not recommend HQ Aero Management or Bombardier to any of friends, if I want to keep them as friends.

Operates on 3 shifts. Uniforms are used. Benefits are excellent.

Provide customers with pricing and availability of a airrcraft parts. Provide customers with paperwork when they returned core parts.
Update customer with their airway bill and make sure that parts are received in a timely manner.
Take credit card payments
Update team members when account is on credit hold

Terrible management, safety is all a theatre, very discriminatory with contractor or hispanic, they don't care about there employes just the company.

Love night shift, the work week 4 on, 3 off,,, 3 on, 4 off.... Puls over time is availible.
