Pay is o.k. Family oriented job, 4 day work week that changes days every 6 months. Co-workers are easy to get along with. Supervisors don't mind teaching genuinely. Hiring process is excessive (airport job)
Electro/Mechanical Technician (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – March 10, 2017
Can be very fun to work for especially if your just starting out in the electrical mechanical field. There is so much to learn and plenty of people meet at the airport. There was never a boring moment.
Material Planner (Former Employee) – Benton, IL – February 27, 2017
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports of inventory dollars, quality issues, special freight, forecasting and several more indicators. Maintaining and producing schedules for 60+ suppliers/400+ parts to support a production line quota on a daily basis. Working in a highly fast paced environment to bring all key point indicators to relay information to the management team on a daily basis. Communicating with customers via email, phone, fax, personally for the over all quality assurance of Sea Doo boat product. I loved everything about this job, the plant shut down unexpectedly.
Awesome people, great company, management was very supportive
Collections Supervisor / Lead (Former Employee) – Jacksonville, FL – February 16, 2017
I was Responsible for Collections current and 30+ accounts I Aided employee performance development programs and assisted the Department in reaching goals, responsible for running monthly reporting and managing a staff of 30 employees to include temporary employees... The hard part of job I would say was the balancing of the staff. The most enjoyable part of the experience was being in an atmosphere where you can help people.
Electrical Mechanical Test Technician (Former Employee) – Plattsburgh, NY – February 15, 2017
The work was changing form contract to contract. The management needs to work on it's management of resource. Lack of resources slows the contracts progress. Forces a lot of overtime to keep things on schedule when they do get parts.

Not Disclosed (Former Employee) – Wichita, KS – January 28, 2017
Work / life balance vis-a-vis flextime was provided fairly and consistently only when HR forced management to do so. Manager was unethical (was directly observed colluding with one of her subordinates against another of her subordinates) and has a reputation for having problems / issues with those who have earned a college degree (manager does not have a degree).
Field Service Engineer (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – January 22, 2017
Great place to grow. Management was good, this is a Union shop, the pay was good, training was good, great people to work with. Get to travel at times to install new systems. This is at the San Francisco Airport
Highly advanced organizational, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
Technical Rep, Field Service Rep, QA Inspector (Former Employee) – Wichita, KS – January 21, 2017
A typical day at work involved assisting existing Learjet customers in repair and technical advice to return aircraft to service quickly and safely. Usually involving assessing problems and advanced troubleshooting in all Learjet aircraft models and systems. Most customers, though usually in a hurry to find a solution, are very appreciative of the help we provided. The hardest part of the job was to make sure customers followed a methodical process to isolate the cause of a problem. It was enjoyable to interact with customers to find a resolution.
ASSEMBLER (Former Employee) – Plattsburgh, NY – January 13, 2017
The company was very organized and provided many benefits. The co-workers were nice and very informative about the duties required. Sadly the management and training were lacking in certain areas that i felt needed improvement.
